Booking Policy:
Minimum stay : Guests are required to book for a minimum of four nights. Its possible to book for less with a change in prices depending on the season and the number of nights.
Payment Method: Payments are needed in advance to guarantee your reservation. All payments are made by bank transfer.
Cancellation policy: Reservations canceled 2 months in advance are fully refunded. Cancellations Less than 2 months in advance, we are unable to reimburse.
Arrivals: Guests are kindly requested to check in between 13:00 and 15:00.
We are responsible for making decisions regarding any guests who disturb other clients, disrupt the work team, or fail to respect the rules. We are obligated to ask such a client to leave without offering a refund.

House Rules:
• Shared garden spaces cannot be used for groups or with alcoholic drinks after 10 pm.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms.
• Smoking is only allowed outdoors. Please use the ashtrays available on the tables — do not throw cigarette butts in the garden.
• Before 8 am, we kindly ask for silence and respect for the neighbors.
There is no kitchen in the guesthouse.
• It is not allowed to wash clothes or use the bathroom/water for that purpose. We offer a laundry service — please ask us if needed.
• Ask the owner where you can hang your clothes to dry.
Attention: it is not allowed to hang clothes on the garden clothesline. We want the space to always look impeccable and free of personal objects, especially before the bar opens at 9 am.
Cleaning and Towels
• There is no daily cleaning service in the rooms.
• Bath towels are only changed upon request, every 5 days.
• If your stay exceeds 5 days, please speak with the host to request towel replacement.
• It is not allowed to take room towels to the beach.
If a guest does not respect the house rules, disturbs others, consumes alcohol in groups after 10 pm, or maintains a loud voice, we reserve the right to request their immediate departure. Our commitment is to maintain the tranquility and well-being of all.
About Your Departure
• Check-out until 10 am.
• Leave the key with a staff member or on the outside of your room door.
• Please inform us if you found any problems in the room or bathroom.
• Take your trash with you and dispose of it in the village bins.
